Relocation questions
Do you file my visa application?
No. We research your options and explain the steps. You file yourself or with a licensed immigration lawyer.
Do you help with moves inside the US?
Yes. Domestic research starts at $750. We compare housing, schools, safety, cost of living and commute for the places on your list.
Can you help me move back to the US?
Yes. Repatriation research covers housing, schools, cost of living and what to sort out before you leave. It starts at $850.
Do you earn commissions from landlords or agents?
No. We charge a flat fee and take no commissions from anyone we recommend.
Can you help after I arrive?
Yes. Ask about arrival and settling-in support on your call. We price it separately so you only pay for what you use.
Sourcing questions
Do you hold my money or pay suppliers for me?
No. You pay the supplier directly. We charge a flat fee and take no commission from suppliers.
Which countries do you source from?
Mostly China, plus other parts of Asia when the product calls for it. Our team is based in Asia, so we can visit in person.
How long does it take?
2 to 10 weeks, depending on the plan. Canton Fair work follows the fair dates.
How do I get started?
Fill out the sourcing form with your product, target price and order size. We send a fixed quote within 2 business days.
Do you handle shipping and customs?
We compare shipping quotes and explain what to expect at customs. We are not a shipping agent or customs broker, so you book with the one you choose.
